GEO-Leader was awarded the contract for the design and execution of shoring works for a warehouse and office building project in Nadd Al Hamar. The project involved a 5.00-meter-deep excavation, requiring specialized techniques to ensure stability and safety. To support the adjacent existing buildings, we implemented a secant pile wall, providing a robust and reliable solution. Additionally, I-beams combined with concrete panels were used to reinforce the road sides, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the excavation process. This project highlights GEO-Leaders capability in delivering complex shoring solutions tailored to challenging site conditions.
